I am an independent senior consultant supporting organisations through strategy, risk, governance and transformation, with particular experience in complex and regulated environments.

I work with businesses and advisory firms to help them navigate change, manage risk and deliver practical outcomes, whether that is through project-based work, interim support or senior advisory roles.

With decades of experience in the financial services industry — including senior roles across risk, compliance, governance and audit — I bring a structured, pragmatic approach to strategic and operational challenges.

Alongside this, I have worked extensively with media and creative businesses, helping them address growth, governance and transformation in fast-moving and competitive markets.

My focus is on delivery, not theory — supporting leadership teams where clarity, judgement and execution matter.
